Every service opportunity at MA, in one place. Find something, sign up, and show up.
The Service Learning Center (SLC) is the hub for service at Menlo-Atherton. We help organize, connect, and oversee service opportunities both on campus and throughout our surrounding community. From student-led projects to ongoing community partnerships, the SLC brings all of these efforts together to make service more accessible, meaningful, and impactful for everyone at MA.
The Service Learning Center brings students together to join, create, and strengthen our community through service. We connect students with meaningful service opportunities, support them in creating their own initiatives, and help build lasting partnerships with organizations in our community. Through service, we hope to inspire students to take action, discover what they care about, and make a positive impact both on campus and beyond.
For years, the SLC has grown our network of opportunities, partnerships, and student-led initiatives. We've attended the National Service Learning Conference, engaged with California Senators on service-related legislation, and partnered with organizations including Ecumenical Hunger, the Belle-Haven Garden, and community sports initiatives, all while helping organize service trips, volunteer days, and hands-on opportunities that turn student interest into action.
